Hi. I'm Lori Potts.

I’m a Communication Trainer who helps organizations improve how teams communicate in the moments that matter most.

Earlier in my corporate career, I saw how much time organizations lose when communication is unclear.

Meetings stretch longer than necessary. Important feedback is avoided. Decisions take longer than they should.

So I studied the psychology and science of communication—how phrasing, structure, and subtle behavioral cues affect clarity, trust, and efficiency.

Today I teach evidence‑based frameworks that help teams:
