Public Speaking Program:

Secret Communication Cues Uncovered

You’re a capable professional with valuable ideas—but when it’s time to speak in front of others, it doesn’t always come out the way you want.

You’re a capable professional with valuable ideas—but when it’s time to speak in front of others, it doesn’t always come out the way you want.

Maybe you...

  • Overthink every sentence

  • Speak too fast or lose your place

  • Feel your nerves take over

  • Leave meetings wishing you had said something differently

  • Know your message is strong but struggle to hold attention

You don’t want to become a "performer."

You just want to communicate clearly, confidently, and be taken seriously when you speak.

Most public speaking advice focuses on performance tricks instead of the psychology of communication.

You worry that nerves or unclear delivery will make people underestimate your expertise.

Great ideas deserve to be heard—and professionals shouldn’t have to feel intimidated to share them.

Hi. I'm Lori Potts.

I’ve coached professionals, leaders, and TEDTalk speakers on how to communicate with clarity and influence.

But earlier in my career, I struggled with the same things many professionals experience:

Second‑guessing how I sounded. Replaying conversations. Feeling frustrated when my message didn’t land the way I intended.

So I began studying communication science—psychology, behavioral research, and the subtle cues that shape how people perceive authority.

What I discovered is that powerful speakers don’t rely on charisma.

They understand the hidden communication cues that influence attention, credibility, and trust.

I've coached TEDTalk speakers, founders, politicians, and Facebook employees using science‑based communication frameworks.

My signature framework, Secret Communication Cues Uncovered teaches you those exact frameworks.

My signature framework

Understand the hidden cues that shape how audiences interpret confidence, authority, and clarity.

Designed for professionals who want influence without feeling like they’re performing.
